Weigh In #27

I think the figures speak for themselves this week. FOUR POUNDS OFF.

I finally feel like the end is in sight. I've got less than 30 pounds to go until target and if I get another pound off then I'll be into the 11 stone range. I honestly can't ever remember ever weighing under 12 stone. Sometimes the number on the scales still looks foreign to me, as I forget how much weight I've lost. I still expect to see 16 stone, or 15 stone staring back at me.

Slimming World has changed my life. Fact.

Starting Weight: 227 pounds
Current Weight: 168.5 pounds
Weight Loss This Week: 4 pounds
Total Weight Loss: 58.5 pounds
Target Weight: 140 pounds

28.5  pounds to go!

Well done! The end is in sight... I am amazed at the speed of your progress!

If you haven't already would you mind posting up a typical days food so we can see the secret to your success?!

I just read the words 4lbs off and I actually said out loud? "Fuck off! How do you do it?". Of course - I did mean that in a nice way. I'm just jealous!

I am also in awe. Awe. I kill myself at the gym at least three times a week and watch every morsel that passes my lips and I lose 2lbs if I'm lucky.

You are fricking machine.

littlesquidge - I will post some more examples of typical days... a few people have asked for them! Where is it that you're going wrong? Feel free to email me if you want!

Lainey - I tend to lose 3 or 4 pounds one week and then a pound or less the next week. It averages out to about 2 pounds a week! I can't really explain how it works, it's just Slimming World! I eat tonnes but just eat the right things.

Thanks! I think what I am doing wrong is not nearly enough fruit... I am focusing on the free foods and not the super free foods. My diet is carb heavy and too many eggs! I've lost only 10lbs in 6 weeks - better than nothing but slow progress.
